RALLY DATE: Tuesday, August 9 at 6:30 p.m.
FESTIVAL DATE: Wednesday, August 10 at 6:00 p.m.
Kick off for registration is Sunday, May 15 – registration forms are available at FUMC at our welcome center or you can register online at iheartregistration (this is the only way for someone to register with a credit card).
All monetary donations are due by July 31, 2015 this year in order to have enough time to begin purchasing items that are lacking.
Everyone that is volunteering has to buy a new shirt this year... this includes any musicians, or any other type of volunteer that will be there during the event.
